Our Story
The flavour behind Flaziz.
FLAZIZ was born from two words that capture what we love most about food: FLA, from flavour, and ZIZ, inspired by the Turkish word leziz, meaning delicious. Together, they create Flaziz — a name that reflects our passion for bringing food that is full of flavour, made with care, and genuinely delicious.
Our food is inspired by the rich flavours and traditions of Turkish cuisine, from handmade gözleme to freshly grilled köfte, while always leaving room to explore and create more. Whether we’re serving at a bustling market, a festival, a private celebration or a corporate event, our aim is simple: to bring people together through great food and make every bite memorable.
