Two words. One idea. Delicious Turkish food, full of flavour.

Gözleme has been made the same way in Turkish villages for generations — dough rolled paper-thin by hand, filled with whatever was fresh that morning, folded over and cooked on a hot iron griddle. It was made by families, to be eaten straight away, with your hands.

When we started Flaziz, the temptation was to modernise it. Speed it up. Prepare things in advance to move the queue faster. We decided not to. The rolling still happens in front of you, the filling still goes in fresh, and it still hits the griddle to order.

We are a family business and what we serve is 100% halal. Not a section of the menu — all of it.
